Delivery Details |
Our fast and secure delivery service is available all across the UK & Ireland. We can also arrange overseas carriage within the EU (please ask for details) Natural Stone tiles are very heavy, therefore you may need to make arrangements to ensure that the delivery process does not encounter with any difficulties. Most deliveries come on large lorries with tail-lift, therefore it is important to inform us about any restricted areas upon placing your order. The order will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property. (normally to kerbside). All prices are per pallet/crate under 1000 Kg (usually 25-35 sqm). However, if the weight of one pallet exceeds 1000 Kg, we will charge for an additional pallet. Please check your quotation for specific details of delivery charges for your order.
Delivery Company All deliveries are subcontracted to national pallet networks which involves central hubs, and independent local depots all over the country. Your delivery will be collected from our warehouse by the local depot of the pallet network, then will be transferred to the central hub where it is given to the local depot that covers the geographical within your area. Drop-off Point The delivery driver cannot help with moving the products inside the property, the load will be dropped at the nearest convenient point to your property either on your drive or the roadside. Anything you can do to help ensure we can drop the order closer to your home would be appreciated. You (or somebody else on your behalf) must be there to receive the delivery, otherwise your delivery will not be off-loaded and you will be charged extra for redelivery. Please make sure that when delivery has been made all products are checked and delivery note is signed accordingly (please see below for terms on damaged goods or discrepancies). Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 5.30 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are subject to the couriers delivery route. No liability can be accepted by Harveys Natural Flooring for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.

Returns & Cancellation Terms |

Customers are advised to check that the goods are satisfactory prior to laying. Harveys Natural Flooring will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty or mis-described items once the goods have been installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods such use or installation shall be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. Damages, shortages, or incorrect deliveries must be recorded on the paperwork upon delivery, Harveys Natural Flooring will not accept responsibility for any damages reported which are not recorded on the delivery paperwork. Due to the nature of many of the products, slight imperfections in the tiles (salts, marks, lime pops, chips etc) are a natural characteristic that is thought to enhance the overall appearance of the tiles, tiles may also vary in colour size and thickness. We will accept whole orders back unopened with the original packaging within 6 days from the day after delivery. Please note the initial delivery cost and the return delivery charge would be covered by the customer. We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Any orders returned to us which are not faulty or damaged and where no replacement products are requested and a refund is desired, a restocking fee of 20% will be applicable. We are unable to accept returns of part orders or orders which are surplus to requirements. In the case of a verbal order taken by Harveys Natural Flooring, we will always read back your order at the time, or confirm in writing via email or standard post and your agreement will form a contract. |
